Don’t let the White House intimidate you By Jay Sekulow, Chief Counsel ACLJ Dot ORG

| Dear America,
The White House has entered dangerous territory – blatantly targeting the free speech rights of those who oppose President Obama’s policy choices.
In a nutshell, write a ”fishy” email … one like this … and you’ll be ”flagged.”
Worse still, the White House takes it one outrageous step further – actually urging Americans to report on their neighbors, family, and friends who disagree with the President on health care.
With your immediate support, doubled in impact through our STAND FOR LIFE Matching Challenge, we will continue calling on President Obama to protect free speech in America – while also fighting vigorously to hold back attempts to make abortion a mandatory health care service.
The ACLJ is already hard at work on this issue, doing all we can legislatively on Capitol Hill … and mobilizing citizens nationwide, on the air and through a petition campaign … to boldly defend your guaranteed First Amendment right to robust freedom of speech. Please stand with us.
Let me strongly urge you to give as generously as you can toward this Matching Challenge, and let your contribution be matched dollar-for-dollar.
Your gift will go twice as far in the battle to protect your constitutional freedoms, and to save the lives of countless millions of unborn babies.
Please let me hear from you before midnight, August 15.
Also, be sure to follow us on Twitter! Visit www.twitter.com/jordansekulow to stay informed throughout the day – we’ll be posting news updates aggressively, especially regarding the current health care issue.
Thank you. |
